What we use

Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required): session and authentication, security (CSRF protection), interface preferences, storage of your cookie choice.

Referral cookies: when you open an affiliate's link (cubrik.ai/a/…) or a member's invitation (cubrik.ai/r/…), we keep that link's code in a first-party cookie on cubrik.ai and its subdomains — cubrik-a for an affiliate's code, cubrik-ref for an invitation code — so that if you create an account later, the person who referred you is credited. The cookie holds that code and nothing else. We read it only when you create an account, to record who referred you; when you then buy a plan through Whop's checkout, an affiliate's code is passed to Whop so that it can pay that affiliate's commission. A member's invitation code counts only while member invitations are open. The cookie lasts 60 days, is replaced if you open a newer link, and is removed once you sign in.

Analytics cookies (with your consent): anonymised traffic statistics to understand how the Site is used and improve it.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for targeting purposes.

Your choices

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer, or configure your browser to block or delete cookies (some features of the Service may then stop working).

Duration

Session cookies: deleted when the browser closes. Persistent cookies: 13 months maximum.
