Pricing questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate: you pay the price difference for the current month in full (on an annual plan, for each month left), then the new price from your renewal date. Credits you have already used this month count towards the new plan. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Agents beyond the new limit are paused, never deleted.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Agents pause, except the risk alert, which always runs because it uses no AI, and stay paused until you start them again. Open positions keep their stop at the broker. To start them again before the renewal, buy credits once from your Plan page: 1,000 credits for every €5. They never expire.
Are there fees on my trades?
No. cubrik takes no commission on your trades and never touches your funds. Only your broker's usual fees apply.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Every account starts on the free Demo plan, with no card and no time limit: 125 AI credits a month on the DeepSeek models, one active agent and one broker or exchange connection. A paid plan adds credits, agents, more connections and the other models.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding tax. VAT applicable to your country is added at checkout.
