What is cubrik.ai?
A trading workspace with every AI on the market, connected to your broker. You describe or pick a strategy, an agent runs it at the planned times, and you follow everything in a chat. cubrik never holds your funds.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You talk to cubrik like a trader on your team. Catalogue strategies are written in plain language, and yours can be described in a sentence. Before running anything, cubrik asks for what's missing: pairs, timeframe, risk per trade, leverage on futures.
How do I connect my broker?
In Brokers, add your broker or exchange and authorise access: a one-click connection where the broker offers it, otherwise an API key with no withdrawal rights, or an encrypted login for MetaTrader 4 and 5. About 30 seconds, once. Access can be revoked at any time from the same page.
Which brokers does cubrik work with?
OKX, MetaTrader 4 and 5, Binance, Bitget, Kraken, Coinbase, eToro, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood and MoonX, across crypto, forex, indices and commodities. If yours isn't there yet, write to us: we keep a list of requests.
Can I test without risk?
Yes. A backtest replays a strategy over past prices before a single order is placed. Then, if your broker offers a demo account, connect that one first: the agent trades it as it would a live account. The Demo plan is free and has no time limit. We recommend at least 14 days and 20 trades on a demo account before moving a strategy live.
The agents
Does cubrik trade on my behalf?
Yes. Once the strategy is launched, an agent scans the market at the planned frequency, places orders with stop and target at the broker, and sends you a notification on every pass. You can ask why it didn't enter, change a setting, pause or stop it, directly in the chat.
How often does the agent check the market?
Every hour on Beginner, every 30 minutes on Intermediate, every 15 minutes on Pro, every 5 minutes on Max. The scan itself is code and uses no credits; the AI is only called when a condition triggers and a decision is needed.
What does the agent do if I run out of credits?
It stops and notifies you. Open positions keep their stop at the broker. The risk alert, which cuts everything above a max loss, keeps running: it uses no credits.
Can I run a strategy on several pairs?
Yes, by listing several pairs at creation. The whole account capital is used: moved to futures if the strategy is futures, split 50/50 if futures and forex strategies run together.
Can I create my own strategy?
Yes. Describe it in plain language, Jev scores it and tells you what's missing, then you backtest it and run it in demo. You can also copy an agent from the Library and change only one rule.
The AIs
Which AIs are available?
Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, Mistral, Llama, Perplexity and new versions as they ship, plus Jev, the model trained on trading that scores your strategies. Three modes pick the model for you: Fast (scans, alerts), Balanced (strategies, analyses), Precise (backtests, live decisions). You can also force a specific model.
Why three modes rather than a list of models?
Because the right model depends on the task, not the name. An hourly scan doesn't need the most powerful model, a backtest does. Modes handle that, and your credits, for you. The list stays available for those who want to choose.
Does AI remove the risk of losing?
No. A strategy that loses in a range will lose in a range, whether you run it or an agent does. What AI removes is human error: the widened stop, the size doubled after a loss, the late entry, the 11pm trade out of boredom. Trading involves risk.
Security and data
Does cubrik hold my funds?
Never. Your funds stay at your broker. cubrik has an access you authorise, to read your accounts and place orders, which you can cut at any time.
What happens if cubrik is unreachable?
Stops and targets are placed on your broker account, not kept in the agent's memory. They hold even if our servers are down. No new order is placed in the meantime.
What safeguards exist?
Three, independent: the max daily loss on every agent, the hourly risk alert that cuts everything above a global threshold, and the stops at the broker. None depends on the AI or your credits.
Where is my data?
Your broker access tokens are encrypted. No data is used to train models. You can delete your history at any time. GDPR compliant.
Account and billing
How do credits work?
Each plan includes monthly AI credits. Fast mode uses few, Precise mode more. You track usage in Settings › Usage. You can also buy credits once from your Plan page: 1,000 for every €5, used only after your monthly credits and never expiring.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
At any time, from the web version. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades or cancellation apply at the next renewal.
Is cubrik available on mobile?
Yes, on iOS and Android, with the same conversation and the same agents as on the web. Plans are managed on the web version.
